The bartender who doubled as my waitress was phenomenal. She was super friendly, outgoing, and attentive. I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant, very classy, cozy, and intimate. The food presentation is top notch. Each plate looks very enticing but unfortunately the food taste wise does not match how it looks. I found everything rather bland and unseasoned. Portions are large so you won't leave hungry. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience here a lot.
Brendan did an amazing job tonight! Amazing service and amazing food. We came in for our anniversary and got drinks appetizers and dessert! HIGHLY reccomend the Brushcetta and the green chili soup! The pecan melt away was outstanding. We will be back for more! They even let you color on the tables!Food: 5/5
4.8/5 - Some of the best cuts of meat, with a huge menu that has something for everyone. Service was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. Shoutout to Bailee, our server, as well as Bailee’s team for making this a very memorable night for us. We are passing through from Toronto, Canada and found this place online. Prices spoke out to us and had great reviews so we came, and we were not disappointed. We ordered the Boudin Balls, which were very nicely cooked and served with a dip. My sister and I ordered each a steak, the New York Strip and the tenderloin. Tenderloin was cooked amazing, New York was slightly well done to my liking but it was still great -0.2 pts. Served with a caesar salad or soup we got the salad and one of many sides we got the mac and cheese. Portions were amazing and we cashed out just over $100 after taxes, which included the margarita and beer that Bailee recommended it was amazing!. This place is beautiful, it’s spacious and has a lot of seating. After speaking with Bailee, we learned that this is actually a historical building where it was the local bar/pub back in the day. You can see hints of the old day’s decor, however I see they tried to renovate it as much as they could. This is the best mix of casual/fine dining in this spot. I would return for the food and the service. Bailee was very kind and gave us a lot of information about the things to do in the national parks. We actually added many things to our trip with her recommendation. Very down-to-earth, she was very sweet. YES!!!!! The service is outstanding and the food was SO good. Started off with a Moscow mule, creme brulee always eat dessert first, fried green tomatoes and ribs with garlic mashed and veggies. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. However, I highly recommend ordering the fried green tomato appetizer... this was hands down the best version I have ever had the privilege of devouring
Great food, excellent service, fair prices. I had the pulled pork sandwich, one of the best deals in town. The menu offers a great selection and a range of prices.
Environment is very nice. Staff is friendly. Food was delicious! The specialty ribeye steak was so good but I'm not sure it's worth the extra money compared to their regular ribeye. The ribs fell right off the bone. Highly recommend!
I love finding good local restaurants when I travel. I have eaten at many "good" restaurants from NY to CA but most have been missing what I am truly looking for. However, this dining experience was spot on for me. I have visited this location a few times and each order has been delicious and unique in flavor. Like nothing else. Very good. The atmosphere is relaxing with the right mix of low key music at an appropriate volume. The service has always been excellent and tonight was no exception. The team went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and definitely succeeded. I am thoroughly impressed with this place and highly recommend.
The service was excellent, friendly and on the spot. The atmosphere was vibrant without being overwhelming; warm and comfortable. The only hitch in the evening was that I wanted my steak rare, like still mooing rare, and it came medium. I think it may have been a miscommunication between me and the server, I don't blame him for it. I didn't send it back because it was still excellent! I'll definitely go back.
Service was terrible I ordered the rib medium it came out well done no seasoning at all swimming in olive oil. It would have been an amazing steak had it been seasoned and cooked right. Our server acted like we were and Inconvenience to her our table and three other tables we where there at 3 in the afternoon trying to have a good family meal. Really it sucked we had heard great things about the chop house we will not be back.
Executive Summary: Don't waste your time.... anyplace has to be better then what I experienced this evening when I walked in around 8:20pm. Hostess didn't ask where we would like to be seated so she sat us by the window on a chilly night and the place was empty We didn't want to sit by the window, so we would sit at the bar. When we sat down, we realized the bartender was not in a very good mode. It was pretty obvious that she either disliked working the Thursday late shift, or didn't like people much. When asking if she had a pilsner that wasn't Coors, she simply said "No". Didn't mention other beer types, then gave me water and I had to ask her about the other beers on tap. Mind you, we weren't given a beer list so was a bit hard to understand her speedy monologue. She then disappeared for at least 8 minutes. After getting my beer, I ordered the ribeye black and blue and it came to me as rare, which is reasonable for a place that doesn't know steaks... enough said. Great part about going to the Casper branch is that I never have to go back to any Wyoming Rib and Chop House.
