Excellent selection of LAMY pens. The lady who helped me was very polite and answered all the questions I had. They also gave me a LAMY Z24 converter with my purchase, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, very happy with my experience!
Great choice of pens. The shopkeeper was 100% attentive and helpful, made lots of suggestions, never rushed me. Got a nice fountain pen. I will go again to check out other stuff.
Had a great experience recently here! A couple of my favourite pens had run out of ink, one a Mont Blanc and the other a Harrods. The manager set me up with the correct replacements. Feels better than the original. I’ll be back for sure.
Very rude service. Called to speak to cheryle, the owner and she would not even take my call. Would not recommend.
