Very clean and quiet neighborhood
Do not commuicate well sent e mails no reply .got $2300.00 water/sewer bill told it would be corrected, still waiting now 3 weeks.several others in community also got large bills, not corrected.must call CKWS & Wig Standard . Do not move here if you want good customer service and communication from Parkbridge
Seems like a wonderful community to live in. Most of the mobile homes seem to be very well looked after and make each street a delight to drive along. The clubhouse looks like it is well used and adds to the sense of community.
I drove through and seems quiet and clean. Looks like everyone takes pride on the surrounding. I'm hoping to buy next year if any come available
It looks clean and well kept from where I was looking. Which is nice to see. It is a mobile home park. There is a bus stop out front and across the street for easy commuting to work or shopping school, whatever you need to do.
Nothing out of the ordinary, very expensive i water and utilities.
We love it here, as we now live in the park. The people are friendly and the park itself is very quiet.
Been trying to call for 3 weeks to get information and all I get is a full answering machine, that's not good customer service at all
I just drove through. All nice mobile homes.
Very nice park, people are very friendly.
