Having never transported pets on a long flight before we weren’t sure what to expect and how the whole process would be for our cats. Fortunately the people at Worldwide are very experienced and professional at what they do! From helping us ensure paperwork and forms were completed correctly to arranging a broker in the UK who were also very good the whole process was smooth and without any issues whatsoever. We were a bit concerned about how our animals would handle the whole experience and of course not being with them the whole time we had no idea how they would react. Well, it must have been a good trip for them because they arrived in the UK and immediately got settled in to their routines and are very happy. The carrier was Air Canada, and although everyone seems to pick on them there is a very good relationship between Worldwide and AC, so no worries there at all. Yes it’s expensive but having done it this way and seeing that it was so easy and not traumatizing for the animals, there’s no way I would take them in a tiny soft carrier in the cabin! Thank you everyone for making this very stressful experience a good one!
At fairly short notice, I needed to move our family cat from Canada to the UK, and was recommended Worldwide Animal Travel by our travel brokers in the UK. From the first interaction with Jacqueline, I was confident that we would get Titus over to the UK. Jacqueline was extremely proactive, responsive, and offered great advise to overcome any expected/unexpected hurdles. All relevant paperwork for the transfer was emailed well in advance with a sample completed form included to make it easy for the veterinarian to complete. Communication leading up to Titus' pick up, and all through the day of travel was great, including some lovely pictures sent from the cattery where Titus was relaxing before his flight. If you need to move your pet internationally, I cannot recommend a better service than Worldwide Animal Travel, and would gladly recommend them!
I am so grateful to Christiana and the team at Worldwide Animal Travel for all their help and support. Everything went so smoothly with flying our dog, Violet from Vancouver to London UK. Christiana was so patient in answering all of my questions and I could tell our dog was in great and caring hands the whole way through. The updates and photos she sent and the fact that she spent some additional time with Violet to make sure she was okay after we dropped her off was just so appreciated. All of our interactions with the company were informative and professional. They consistently changed plans and flights as our plans changed. We had to wait on residence visas in order for our animals to fly to us. Flights for the animals were constantly in flux and they kept up with changes and made sure our cat and dog could travel together in the safest way possible. They took great care of our animals and they arrived happy, safe and sound. Photos were taken at every airport to show how well they were. We sincerely appreciate and thank Hanan for all the emails, communications, and care taken with important members of our family. :
Absolutely loved our experience with Worldwide Animal Travel! Our two kitties were really well taken care of on their journey from Vancouver to Lisbon, which included boarding for a couple of days before their flight. Our coordinator, Jacqueline, gave us clear, step-by-step instructions throughout the entire process and took care of every single detail. This took away so much stress and made our move that much smoother. We could not recommend this pet relocation service enough!
Worldwide Animal Travel is the best! They never disappoint. They took great care of my dog when Kai was a puppy from overseas to Canada. The whole process was smooth including the labor of love they gave my puppy. After several months, I used Worldwide Animal Travel again to relocate Kai from Canada to California USA. Again, the whole transaction was smooth, efficient and the impeccable service they provided to Kai. Thank you Worldwide Animal Travel for your wonderful and fantastic service. Kudos to Pascal Leutwyler and Lilia Clavel, and Kai's agent who did a splendid job in clearing Kai out of customs....and of course to all your staff who made Kai very comfortable and loved during his stay with you all. I highly recommend Worldwide Animal Travel. Not only they provide great service, they are also trustworthy and expert in the business industry.
From start to finish, Worldwide Animal Travel were amazing to work with! They helped me move my two beloved dachshunds from Canada to Denmark and I honestly couldn't have done it without them. The guidance regarding the paperwork was priceless. My million questions were answered quickly. A big thank you to Hanan. With travel ramping up after covid and with airlines struggling, they even encountered flight cancellation but still managed to get my dogs on flights so they could join me in Denmark within the timeframe. I can highly recommend Worldwide Animal Travel if you are wanting to relocate your pets.
Worldwide Animal Travel is the best. We’ve traveled with our 4 cats from Toronto to Vienna this summer. We would like to thank you to our designated agent, Monika and her team, all their time and effort to help us during this stressful time period. They guided us through the whole procedure, from the extreme amount of paperwork, through doctor’s appointments to the plane landing and final pick up of our babies. Thank you, highly recommended, will use them again!!
Worldwide Animal Travel was an incredible company to work with. I moved my 70lbs German Shepard Gus from Toronto to Dublin in January 2023. I started the process in November 2022 and everything went great! Hanan was my coordinator and did a fantastic job. They answered all of my questions and I had a lot!, kept me up to date with all the paperwork I needed and assured me that while it looks like a daunting process, they would walk me through step by step. When I had my travel exam at my vet, they even commented on how well organised the paperwork was, and that was all due to Worldwide Animal Travel. I dropped Gus off at their facility in Mississauga at 9am the day he flew out and the staff there were great! He was treated so well and they sent me a photo to update me that he was doing fine photo attached below. I would recommend Worldwide Animal Travel to anyone travelling with their pet. They made a stressful task, easy and smooth!
