I purchased a Dynasty spa from World of Spas in Calgary 5 years ago.  Great sales experience and after-sale support.  They have the advice and supplies I need to keep my spa running properly.  Had a repair question yesterday and they were quick to answer and even gave me the small part to resolve the issue I was having.

My husband and I bought our hot tub 4 years ago and it has been great. We had a few minor repairs but they were easy to get fixed. Never had an issue with  the customer service and install and delivery went smooth.

I purchased my hot tub from World of Spas almost 2 years ago and had an excellent experience. But the best part is, almost 2 years later, whenever I have questions or concerns, I continue to receive excellent support & help. I would recommend them to anyone else as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Always great staff to deal with and have been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. Shout out to Len for taking the time to educate me.
