This place used to do a good job. They had poor communication issues before but at least, they were getting the job done.nnBut no more, They misinformed me during my citizenship application and cost me a year and the application fees. My application was denied of missing physical presence requirement like 12 days. I have just needed help with the calculation of my absence days in Canada because I work as a truck driver and travel to the US often. I did not have my records, so I asked them to apply CBSA to get my entry and exit records but they have sent the application without making sure that I had enough days to be eligible, even that I warned them.nnAs a result, my application has been denied and I needed to go through all the processes from the beginning. Even then, I kept my patience and wasn’t going to give them a negative review but Although they said they would do my reapplication, It has been more than two months of withdrawal of my application they did not send my application. I have tried to communicate with them in many ways like I phoned them, emailed them and went to the office. Every time, they gave me sloppy answers like saying thatnthey were working or processing my application but they did not.nnSo at the end, I have sent my reapplication my self and paid application fees double time and lost a year. If you care about your time and money, I would not suggest to go there.
