I am shocked a how quickly my order arrived, especially this close to Christmas. I wondered Tuesday afternoon. And it was at my skin Thursday afternoon. Also received a follow up call to make sure every this was as it should be and that I was happy with my purchase. Adiel Was great!!!! Amazing customer service. I WILL be ordering again. So pleased with prices and even if I had to pay shipping. It’s totally worth it!!

I have strayed from my supplier a few times and ordered here to get those rare colors and was always happy with my order. I ordered a handful of shirts and when I opened the package, I was missing one I urgently needed! The representative was amazing and flagged the correction as important and kept an eye on it to try to make sure it was fixed right away for me. The shirt arrived the next day great service and got it fixed just in time for my rush order I was filling!! Thank youuuu!!

I order my blanks from them every single time. They ship fast, and the threshold for free shipping is low : I always receive quality products and if you ever have an issue with an order like the wrong size or colour - they immediately ship it out. Their customer service is fantastic. I love the different options of blanks as well - so many different quality so you can really play with your budget. Would recommend to anyone!

If I could give zero stars I would, and their service and other reviews allows me to believe that the "good" reviews are paid. Yes, the apparel arrives quickly, but it's wrong, then they blame you. They sent me the wrong order, blamed me, there was not shipping slip in the box to prove the packed the right items. Then when I asked them to return them they said they would give me store credit. Because I bulk order for my business I provide branded apparel for my clients I said no problem, I went ahead and order another set, which came the next day. THEN, I was told I cannot return the previous items. I called and told them I wanted to speak to a manager mind you we were speaking via email before and the signature just said "Wordan's Service Team" no actual name, I spoke to ANOTHER "Rep" and was told she will speak to the manager to see "what can be done about the first order" and she will send me a slip to return the second order. She calls back to tell me that all the managers are "buys" and I cannot return ANY of my orders, because they were final sale and it says so on the website, after twice being advised I can return the two orders. At this point I am stuck with 60 polos, $460 in their pockets, waiting for a "manager" to return my call. People save your time, energy and money, stay allllllll the way clear from these people. Use Sanmar or blankclothing.ca, much better customer service and products. STAY AWAYYYY!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!! Don't waste your time or Money. They email you about a Sale then they refused to give the sale price because you didn't buy enough even though it didn't say that anywhere you would have looked then been in contact with 3 different people for almost 2 weeks now and after 2 emails they stop responding. When i email the other email they day i have to pay new shipping fee for there mess up. After emailing 10 times and calling they refuse to answer now and won't give back money 1 star rating is the lowest i can go unfortunately would go lower if possible.

Greatest customer service around! Hands down! I called today hoping to make changes to my account and apply my Indian Status card for tax exemption. I was quickly greeted by a man name Adiel E., who was very helpful, humble and accommodating. Which doesn't always happen when presenting an Indian Status card in stores- unfortunately. He was happy to help, and made the process a breeze!.. and for that I'm truly grateful, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. It's safe to say- I will only be ordering from Wordans now, and it's all because of Adiel. I hope they know what a great employee they have working alongside them, he completely turned my gloomy day around... so thanks again and keep it up- I'll be sure to pay the kindness forward! I will ALWAYS recommend Wordans. I have exclusively used them for several months now with 0 issues and nothing but good things to say. My orders are always here within 2 days of placing my order. Prices and shipping make it worth not shopping around and just staying a loyal customer to them !

I received my order within 2 days of ordering and was extremely impressed. One of the shirts I ordered had a defect so I emailed asking for a replacement/credit and was provided speedy and excellent service. They have shipped my replacement and offered me a coupon. I had wonderful service from Ross at Wordans and will definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks!
