Woofs Up Mobile Grooming

Been going here for my Rocky’s first few puppy intro grooms and just got him from his full-groom and I cannot be happier. Not only for his grooming but the customer service is so down to earth and kind whenever I visit. They are honest, respectful and I know my Rocky is in good hands when I drop him off. Despite being a 30+ minute transit commute from where I live, I don’t mind because the team here is so great. Also, very reasonable in their prices. Keep up the good work!

The best city daycare, offering the best outdoor farm days and boarding for the dogs! Also, the most amazing team, who genuinely care for the dogs. Our pooch always comes home beaming and exhausted after spending her day at Woof! Edited to add that we sent our pooch to their North of Woof boarding farmstay for over 2 weeks and she had the best time, we got regular updates through the google album and our pooch wags her tail excitedly when she meets all the staff after! We love the service and we’ve decided to send her for more farm days even when we’re not boarding her!

The country daycare and boarding location is hard to beat for our high energy Aussie mix. He loves to hike, he loves to play, he *loves* Ash, and it's really great going out of town knowing that he's getting a vacation of his own and being well taken care of in a home environment instead of a kennel. The city daycare is also great, and it's really handy to be able to book a grooming touch up while he's there. Both locations regularly update you with photos and Ash keeps in touch with thorough updates during boarding. We love it and would recommend it to anyone.

We’ve been using woof city daycare services for the past year and have been so pleased with the staff, facilities, communication, and service provided. The online platform is great and very user friendly and I was thankful we were able to have an assessment day to assess fit/behaviour issues etc. After every daycare visit we are always provided with a thoughtful honest summary of how our pup did that day and we were so appreciative of this. After having really great experiences with the city daycare, we recently completed an 18 day board at north of woof. We were incredibly nervous as it was the first time we were away for so long but from the moment we dropped our dog off to the moment we picked her up, woof staff made us feel so at ease! We were continuously provided with updates, access to photos, and we are convinced our dog had the time of her life! We cannot recommend woof more and are grateful for the services they provide. I highly recommend woof for city daycare & boarding!

We have been bringing out two Italian Greyhounds here for about 6 weeks now and they have adjusted so well and very quickly. Within a few sessions the crying stopped and they happily walk in. One of dogs has mild anxiety and struggles to make friends, the other is selective but we have had reports of both snuggling up to other dogs and playing! They come home happy and tired. I also appreciate that the team post loads of photos throughout the day so you can see your dog. Staff is friendly and will email or text you if they notice any changes in your dogs behaviour to keep you looped in. Lastly, recently I noticed they decorated the space the dogs are in for the holidays! So cute!

After a morning at Woof my wonderful dog Sari leaves prancing with a smile on her face. Sari lived on the street in Turkey for 5 years. Shopkeepers would sometimes feed Sari and her brother. Both were stabbed. Despite her sometimes challenging life Sari is a loving pup. She is my one rescue who is hesitant to leave my side. That is until she met Amy and Amanda at Woof. Woof is a place that really cares about the dogs and the people who bring them in. They have a great deal of expertise and oodles of love to ensure that your pup is well cared for and loved. We have used many services at Woof for our dog including daycare, boarding, grooming, and utilized their shuttle on numerous occasions. The team is warm, welcoming, and express the utmost care and concern for our dog’s well-being and safety and are very communicative. Our dog always comes home tired, and happy. We would recommend Woof to anyone without hesitation, it is by far the best dog service we have utilized.

My dog is a bit anxious, but what I’ve learned from Woof is that he’s picking up a lot of that anxiety from me. Not only has everyone at Woof been super patient with my dog, they’ve also been so patient with me, and have gone above and beyond to make sure we are BOTH happy. I appreciate the time and care they put into their clients human and dog, and couldn’t be more grateful to have them in the neighbourhood.

I took my dog maggie for the first time and I loved it, the employees are super friendly and did a greattttt job...my dog was soooo beautiful!!! I'll definitely bring my dog back :D

Tara was the perfect person to give our 4 month-old Cavapoo her first grooming experience! She was so warm and gentle, immediately putting our pup at ease. She did a great job cleaning her up while not compromising her puppy coat. And I mean, look at that bandana and clip... so swaggy. Also, Jess at the cash taught us so much about dog food!
