I was there this weekend. Very good customer service. Since the day I walked in till the day I checked out I was very satisfied with everything. The outside and the entrance of the hotel the rooms every location look so pretty with the Christmas decoration. The view of the town from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast and the hot cocoa so delicious. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
I surprised my wife with the one-night stay here. Very convenient location directly across from the quaint Village of shops and dining establishments. Accommodations were great. The staff was very very friendly and we were given an upgrade to a nicer room than the one that I had booked. There was a tension to almost every detail and would definitely stay here again. The only down or was and it was a minor one but the bartender in the pub on site could have been much friendlier. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. We enjoy a more engaging type of personality when we go somewhere. Other than that this place gets a 5-star rating from us.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were well appointed, and clean. The decorations around the hotel were so cool and fit the alpine them. The best part the staff was AWESOME! Everyone we met were friendly and helpful! We will be back and will stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Great, central location, friendly staff, good breakfast. The room is so well appointed that I don't want to leave it. There are plenty of hooks for coats and hooks in the bathroom for towels. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the window opens for fresh air at night. So many extras that hotels often neglect. I highly recommend it.
Nice hotel with a great room big enough for my family. Nicely decorated with rustic style, very clean. Breakfast was terrific. We enjoyed it. My only regret was that I missed that they had a pool. My grandkids would have loved that!Rooms: 5/5
Love this hotel! Everything about it is amazing. The staff at front desk is very nice & helpful. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are awesome. They have supplied full shampoo & conditioner and body wash bottles for you. The pool is heated and there is two hot tubs, there’s hot chocolate, coffee, and water in the lobby with a fire place. And a restaurant in there you can order food from. The breakfast had gluten free options for me like oatmeal and muffins which was amazing. Also the decor in this hotel is awesome and magical, everything you look at you can tell hard work went into building and perfecting this hotel, I absolutely love it and will be returning! everything was perfect, except one of the ladies who works in the breakfast kitchen was rude and rushy.
Decided to get off the snowy mountain passes and stay overnight. The turret suite was charming and luxurious. Service was great. Crosswalks over to the shops are only a few steps in either direction. Was a little hard to tell from the map, but you're RIGHT there in the middle of the action. No regerts.Rooms: 5/5
This place is perfect for anyone. Clean, rooms that have everything you'd want like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, fireplace, deck with a view, etc. The staff have been truly amazing as well. Oh, there's also a hot tub and pool that's heated for guests, so bring your suit.Rooms: 5/5

Excellent service! Prime location! Clean rooms! Affordable : Staying at Bavarian Lodge was awesome! It is directly across and walking distance to many downtown shops and restaurants. The staff we had encounters with were nice and friendly. The room was spacious for two people. The complimentary breakfast was such a big plus— variety selections of food and beverages! I recommend going to the pub they have on site. The person who worked the pub was super nice and chill. They have affordable menu items and a great selection of alcoholic beverages. The tab can also be charged to your room which makes it very convenient. My minute issue was probably just the warm/yellowish lighting and the TV not being able to cast. But with the amount of activities outside and the exploring you can do when in Leavenworth, these minor issues are really nothing to complain about. Overall, great stay! Would stay again. Thank you for the excellent service! We appreciate it! :
