I can not thank Woodside Golf Course enough for what they did for our Electrolysis Society of Alberta. We were having our AGM in Airdrie, I had guest coming from all over Alberta. In August I was in contact with a local company and had set up a catered lunch to be provided on October 2nd. On Sept 29th the company backed out saying they were busy and could not cater the event. Thanks to Social Media many people recommended Woodside Golf course and I say we were not disappointed! Actually in hindsight, I'm glad the other person backed out, because they provided such an amazing lunch and at a great price! I would not hesitate to recommend Woodside Golf Course for any catering or in fact lunch any day because it was amazing and it was put together so nice that I was complimented from my guest!!! So again thank you Woodside for coming through for me on such short notice. We will be using your services again!!!! Annette, CPE President
Great place and a fun track to play, practice area is great! and with the add ons of sims and the inside practice facility cant go wrong. The restaurant is fantastic aswell.
Save your money and avoid. Worst round I've played all season. Played close to 40 rounds from Red deer to Okotoks. 4 hours to play 14 holes, 2 terrible foursomes in front and no marshalls to be found. Drove off and didn't even play last 4 holes. Also parts of fairways and rough sunbaked to unplayable conditions. Multiple times hit middle of fairway only to bounce due to hardness and roll into water. Will never play again.
It was a great day - blue skies, no wind, golf course views and some very good lunch menu choices. Being outdoors and enjoying the first part of August was great. the food, service and the clubhouse vibe was excellent. Have to go back....I understand that they have excellent burgers. Outstanding breakfast menu, also there is a buffet on Sundays.....that looked awesome, but was too many choices and selections for me. The scrambled eggs and eggs benys were excellent . What Really made our breakfast was try excellent customer from Jessie. We will be back.
Great golf course and amazing staff. Very walkable and some course management is a must ... found the water on a few holes. It is in the heart of Airdre and some houses are a bit close but hit it straight and all is good.
This has been my local course for years. Conditions are among the top in Calgary. Very well kept. It can be enjoyed by all skill levels and they have great leagues and tournaments throughout the summer. Give the course a try! The restaurant is also really good. Highly recommend the Sunday Brunch!
Always love playing Woodside Golf Course. Greens are as good as anywhere and the Golf Shop & F&B staff are amazing.
We went to the Woodside breakfast brunch on Mother's Day with 30+ people. We made a reservation a month before. The food was really good, however the price we were told over the phone was not the one charged that day. It was disappointing to inform all these people that the price was higher than quoted. Otherwise, the service was good and there were lots of choices and options.
Friendly staff and nice looking course. I'm not much of a golfer, but hit the driving range with my kids and we all had a great time. The Pro Shop has loaner clubs for kids and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Great 18 hole golf course with an excellent restraunt and bar. We had our company golf tournament here and everyone enjoyed the day here. There is easy access to the golf course from highway 2 and Airdrie is only 15 north of the calgary airport
