Myself and my family have used Woods for many years. They have just gone above and beyond to help an elderly, disabled customer of mine whose ring had become too tight and her finger was starting to swell. Paul came out to my customers home a service not normally provided on his day off and cut the ring off. It was repaired and resized the next day. Impressive service and my customer is extremely happy! Thanks.

Fantastic service - my now husband designed my engagement ring with Danielle, he was able to pick the stones with help from Charlotte and Danielle and we both went back to Woods to design and purchase our wedding rings again helped by Danielle. Friendly, approachable, reliable and professional service from the whole team and no questions or resizing queries were an issue. Highly recommend

Confused . Not sure about this business, I personally try to given them custom regularly because it is important to shop local. However i always come across an issue, ithe service, not the decor can be very selective. I took a watch in for repair, it was not repaired properly., so i went elsewhere Thorton heath watch master fixed no complaints. Dropped in for some resizing of a ring there was an issue. , tried to get a damaged stone repaired could not help went somewhere else sorted without question.I find i end up going to other local high streets to get service. I really do not understand the brand or the service in this store.

Excellent service from very friendly and knowledgeable, professional staff at competitive prices. Paul was especially helpful. This is a very interesting establishment with some lovely and unique pieces of jewellery. There is an in-house designer and two in-house jewellers who carry out repairs and make jewellery to clients’ specifications. Marvellous to find somewhere like this-it’s great!
