This has been my main source for furniture grade lumber since I reengaged with the hobby 3 yrs ago. The selection is great, the prices are very reasonable and Steve is a real character. Being a contemporary of mine it is like buying lumber from an old friend. I see that they are temporarily closed. I hope he’s ok and look forward to his reopening.

I can't recommend them enough. If you are doing any sort of project where you need quality wood, and expert knowledge, this is the place to go. It's worth the drive. The lumber is all organized, neatly stacked, and climate controlled. The people are savants when it comes to wood, and knowing what you need for your project. They take an active interest in what you are building, and help you make it a reality.
Steve is great. I brought my cut list which is key to a successful lumber trip and he helped me find some great pieces of red oak for a decent price. It's a bit of a hike, but a trip to the woodery is well worth the drive.
