The service technician who came to service two of our fireplaces was great. Really informative, friendly and did a really nice job cleaning up both Heat and Glo fireplaces.
Great show room. Awesome staff!
We bought a Fireplace here but installed it ourselves and the manual control panel was missing. Spoke to James in parts 4 times to get the part. On the 4th call, after denying I had ever spoken to him, he told me I needed to call Dimplex directly. We love our fireplace but will never deal with Wood and Energy again.
