I agree with Rocky 100 percent. Beth Merz has sent me numerous threatening letters, texts, and voicemails. Just because someone works for an organization that calls itself a “Public Defender’s Office” doesn’t mean they are motivated by serving the public interest. Justin Daler has sullied the reputation of his alma mater St. John’s Jesuit High School by allowing Beth Merz to continue working in the Wood County Public Defender’s office. “Men for Others” is a catchy marketing slogan, but some “Men for Others” are dumb jocks. Daler's stubborn and inexplicable refusal to fire Beth Merz is a black mark on his record and the record of the Wood County Ohio government. These people never stopped Bowling Green Ohio Municipal Court Judge Mark Reddin of Liberty Township, Ohio from maliciously prosecuting me, publicly defaming me, and assassinating my character for months. Now, Reddin has just appointed Merz again in another criminal case for a false arrest that is wasting my time and the taxpayers’ money. I have just reported all parties involved in this case to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Hate Crimes Unit. They need to be incarcerated, as they are a threat to the public.
Sara Roller is the best that they have. She's a very busy person so it takes time to get calls back from her but she has one hell of a back bone! Always have fought hard on my behalf!
Don't use Beth Metz she's wishy washy she's only good when her hearts in it. If she doesn't believe in you you are screwed. She doesn't stay in contact she makes you feel like she is on the other team again she is wishy washy be careful. Horrible communication skills
Though my case isn't over yet... So far Beth has fought on my behalf. I am very thankful to have her representing me on this case. I often wish I had more time to dialogue cause navigating through the judicial system can be arduous.

I mean it's a free lawyer so you get what you pay for. I can't complain Beth and Leann are both vary good attorneys and they will do what they can to help but just remember that if you really want to get out of getting in trouble either stop or break down and go hire an attorney.
They work with prosecution to screw you over, know your rights etc
I called to speak to my public defender and left a message, it has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a call back!!!
You get what you pay for. No defense.
