Said they would recall for an urgent information. Never did.
Regardless of what you may read here, they do not serve you unless you are a contractor. Period. I'm finishing up a 6 figure reno and they would not give me a minute of their time. If you only sell to contractors then stop saying you don't turn away customers. Waste of time.
