I contracted Wolfe to frame my duplex in King Edward Park. From the start, I was very impressed by the communication from Moe and Alan. The professionalism of this crew really showed with how well they handled discrepancies on the plans, material shortages, inclement weather, etc. The speed and attention to detail really set Alan and the crew apart as well, we had up to seven workers on site, all working together like a well-oiled machine. Everyone in the crew was a pleasure to have on site and they’ll be my first choice for my next project.

We reached out to Moe with Wolfe construction regarding a complete renovation to move our clinic into a new location. The initial meeting was great, with Moe being very clear about everything that would be involved with the build and how the pricing would work. We wanted to do our due diligence on such a big expenditure, so we reached out to a few clinics that Moe had done the build out for in the past, and received glowing reviews. Between these reviews and the positive meeting with Moe, we hired Wolfe to do our build out. Our project manger was Kayla, who was our direct connection for everything regarding the build out. Both Kayla and Moe were great at communicating what needed to be done for the renovation, as well as keeping us in the loop as they applied for the city permits and got all of the initial engineering drawings done. With our building being from 1960, we encountered a few difficulties with the build, but Moe and Kayla were always great at informing us what the issues were and presenting different options to correct them. They were also very forthcoming with all of the information regarding pricing with any changes we had to make to the plan. The sub contractors that Wolfe brought in were also great, to the point where we have followed up with their electrician and mechanical systems technician for some further work on the building itself. Moe and Kayla were also great at allowing us to do some of the work ourselves to help save on costs. We built our front reception desk ourselves and they were great at working alongside us. In the end the build out timing was great, being just slightly past their initial move in estimated date, having been delayed by one week as the entire building lost heat during the painting phase which was a problem that couldn’t have been foreseen. We are incredibly happy with the final outcome of the clinic, and would definitely highly recommend Moe, Kayla and the Wolfe Construction team for anyone looking for commercial renovations, especially a healthcare facility. If we do any further renovations or build outs Wolfe will definitely be our first phone call.

Moe, Kayla and the team at Wolfe construction helped us build our Little Caesar’s store in Beaumont. Throughout the project, the team Wolfe Construction team was very professionall with great communication and excellent onsite project management. Aside from good quality material and work, Kayla & Moe are knowledgeable and friendly.

Wolfe Construction has organized and coordinated staff I have ever seen in the trades industries. Reasonable price, flexibility and customized planning is expected from Wolfe Construction. He has help build up our clinics and as a owner I can not think better than him. If you are starting the business first time, I would highly recommend Moe for construction. There will be fairness and he will explain everything. If you experienced then it is even better as you know what you want. I would highly recommend Moe for any interior constructions in Edmonton. The best part is Moe is only a phone call away for any upgrades or repairs in the clinics post-construction !
