I ordered a Dan Dan with extra sauce and it was delicious hot fresh instead of ordering more meat in my meal I chose to add extra vegetables and it was beyond my expectation for flavor my noodles are cooked to perfection not crispy not chewy just right. I ordered the lemon chicken box for my daughter with the lemon sauce on the side and it was enough for the next day for her to have another meal I highly recommend ordering the sauce on the side so you can add more or less according to your child's preference or yourself. I ordered the vegetable spring rolls and they were crispy on the outside and perfect The filling inside was delicious flavorful and not dry. I absolutely love this place I don't understand the ridiculous reviews. I often go in store or order on line both options I get the same quality each time! Vegetarian options: You can ask for no meat in your meal and add other vegetables as replacement of it. I highly recommend the custom order ability of this place they do a really good job. Kid-friendliness: You can order the lemon chicken with the sauce on the side and it's very kid friendly they have many kids menu meal options they offer a juice box with the child's meal the portions are good for a biger kid eater or would be enough for two small children under 4 you can take away or add to which vegetable options you pick I like the custom order ability.
I haven't been to wok box in a while, so I thought I would try it out. The chicken in my Tai red curry didn't taste good. There was a lot of fat I was chewing on. The chicken tasted rubbery and some peices tasted burnt. I liked the fact this dish came with lots of vegetables. The sauce doesn't taste like it used to. Did you guys change your sauces? Or brand or something? I didn't really like my dinner it tasted flavorless. I didn't get my plum sauce for my spring rolls. Your cup sizes for drinks should be bigger. The staff are friendly and nice. I don't know why the north one closed.
Love the green onion cakes and all the food I have ever ordered. I have never been disappointed, sad the North Hill wok box is closed, but worth the distance to travel when craving wok box.Food: 5/5
Don't order butter chicken, absolutely gross. Twenty dollars extra chicken added Pure disappointment.Food: 1/5
The food was very lacking in flavour and the noodles were over cooked. We asked for a more vegetables and fewer noodles option, but they didn’t offer this. It was a disappointing food experience. They also seem very inconsistent in giving away fortune cookies.
I ordered the lemon chicken with rice and it was amazing! The staff were very polite and my food was ready in no time. I got the sumo size and I had leftovers for later too.
Always great food and greater service. And the best part is freshly cooked food, they cook right in front of you!!!
Ordered their fried rice with some chicken, the chicken was not cooked through. Upon calling them we were told that it was precooked chicken that they were just reheating, but I assure you it was not fully cooked chicken so was either not cooked/prepper properly to begin with, or was not adequately "reheated". No cooked chicken ever looks shiny and slightly pink on the inside when it's completely done. Could not eat this meal due to good safety concerns, and nothing was offered to remedy or refund the inedible dish. Extremely extremely disappointed.
Ordered the butter chicken and well the chicken was stringy and tough the sauce did not taste like the sauce they had a few months ago always went to the north side one and they are great but temporarily closed. would not recommend the south side one. The o ly thing thT tasted good was the Naan bread which they don't make so they can't mess that up. Hoping the north one opens again soon.
I ordered the Pad Thai with Shrimp... asked for less noodle and more vegetables. It tasted so good but the BEST part was the staff. The gentleman on the phone was so kind and accommodating that I had to come on here and write a review. Highly recommend this location for your next order.
