My favourite go-to fast food place in Sylvan. Everything tastes so fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned. I have been here at least 20+ times and have never been disappointed. The staff are always super helpful and I'm always able to strike up a great friendly conversation. The portions are quite large and I like that you are always able to substitute things like if you want noodles vs. rice etc... And best of all, the prices are crazy low for the great quality food you get. Take my word for it and enjoy a quick meal here on your way into town; you won't regret it!

The east Indian lady with glasses there.... not quite sure if she is a manager or owner.... she is the rudest lady I have ever dealt with... she has 0 customer skills and manners.. and treats her customers with zero respect... I payed almost 30 dollars for a large box of food and when i received it it was half full of water and very little noodle... 3/4 full only...
Just ordered from here and was chatting with the owner. Such a kind and generous woman. I would 100% recommend going and even getting something small like spring rolls. She mentioned they’ve had a hard time since covid hit.
Stay away!! noodles are 5 days old, that's just a guess! , if I wanted Ramen noodles, I would have taken a trip to the 7-11 like i did in the sixth grade! And trust me this would have tasted better,,, Even free spring rolls for order over $35 dollars! Was not the best bang for your buck!.
Ate at this location dozens of times in the past with no complaints. I order the exact item the exact same way every time and unlike this time my box was never half full. I called the store to discuss the issue of the half empty box of noodles and even though I kept explaining to them that I have never had this issue before in the dozens of times I’ve eaten there ordering the identical item every time and they kept making the same excuses over and over. As this review should demonstrate, if I had this problem at this location before I wouldn’t be afraid to call and complain. The price of eating at wok box is not the cheapest option but the food is usually worth the money. Now I will never order from the Sylvan Lake location again.
Food is really great though it's by far the worse customer service I've encountered. Cashier Elizabeth F. 7:20 PM June 15,2019 is very unaccommodating , never did acknowledge and it's as if she doesn't want to take orders. Cook when asked for a tamarind sauce for Samosa just said 'no' too and was kind of rude. We understand that it might be a long day for them but they could've atleast shown some sort of enthusiasm/interest.
Really satisfying good, but the customer service is where it's really at! The lady at cash and the others on shift were funny and kind, very patient and quick at preparing the food, definitely will eat here again!
Great fresh selection of noodles sauces vegetables and proteins. Can build your own meal to suit your taste. The girls were friendly and helpful in making our decisions...the coffee has something to be desired but thats not the girls fault. Bathrooms were clean and stocked.
The owner couldn't have made it more obvious how bothered she was because I used a coupon for my meal. Every single spring roll was cold. It's One of my wife's favorite places to eat so I will be back to try again.
