I stopped by to discuss a few projects and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I think she saw a huge covid blob come through her door when she saw me. I was 15' away from her and she was critiquing how my mask was being worn, and showed zero interest in helping me. After I heard a few 'no' answers, I decided it was time to look elsewhere.

Hunter talked me through the processes to troubleshoot and replace the ball,adapter plate and washer and reuse zone valve head. I was slow and had to add water to system to complete the job. hopefully all is well for the winter. Thanks much.
