Rented a 40 yard bin for a work project and needed the bin emptied and returned which was requested prior to the start date. The bin was onsite when promised and has to date never been picked up and emptied. I called over 10 times to try and rectify and eventually had to hire another company to bring an empty bin for the second load we had. One week after the whole project ended, the lonely bin with original garbage is still sitting onsite. Worst experience thus far.
Blatant and constant disregard for a clearly written contract. This company charges overage fees when half a small box is sticking out of the top of your container. They have the audacity to send you a photo of the tiny part of the box sticking out the top when they charge you the $125 fee. They’re not at all embarrassed to conduct business this way. They work well as a team to wear down customers and ensure they always have the upper hand. They threaten you by stopping service when they overbill you and you’re waiting for billing errors to be corrected. Waste removal is a dirty job, but those providing the service do not have to act dirty. Unfortunately, since WM acquired RCI, service has been horrible.
very disappointing service, the container was supposed to be delivered early in the morning, after several calls & moving from one agent to another , I was informed, container will be delivered at the end of the day instead! I had to cancel the container, and send the staff home , As I had 4 employees hanging around doing nothing for the full day, Then 2 hrs after cancellation WM call me, to confirm the container will arrive later in the day, for such a big company, i would expect a little more organization skills. Also I had a credit with the company for several months, that my credit card was not credited i am waiting for the credits on all the pending issues.
Originally signed with RCI at $120/month for 2 pick ups. Price jumped to $350/month for 1 pick up since WM took over. I’ve been trying to cancel my contract, spoke with 3 reps and not one had returned my calls. Mostly saying WM can charge any price they want and they do t have to honor RCI contract. Pathetic company
Very bad customer service and poor treatment of billing and invoices. I tried multiple times to challenge an extra charge that has been added to all our bills and instead of helping, the rep threatens to stop their services.
