Wishing Well Floral

Excellent customer service characteristic of a local business that really stood out to me. Although I was initially a bit disappointed with my ordered bouquet when I went to pick it up (it was smaller and had slightly different flowers than I was expecting), after we talked it over the owner did more than enough to make it up to me and make me happy with my purchase (she even offered to redo the bouquet). She is really trying to make customers happy with her flowers and always strives to meet and exceed expectations. Be prepared for pretty bouquets that smell wonderful!

I ordered one of their premium tiers of flowers for my significant other on a late Friday evening. The goal was for these to be delivered the following day as it was a very special occasion for us. Wishing Well Floral ended up getting them to her in the afternoon and they were one of the most presentable arrangements I've ever seen delivered. The attached photo is -exactly- what was received. Absolutely amazing; well deserving of 5 stars!

Ordered flowers over the phone for my mom's surgery. The lady was very friendly and helpful helping me pick something out. I picked some flowers off the website and they arrived to my mother looking just like the picture. Very pretty!
