I ordered flowers for my sister had a tough day. We were charged a delivery fee on top which is fine if the flowers are actually delivered. We were told same day delivery. My sister waited around for an hour no one showed up. She got a call that evening to say the flowers would be delivered at 930 am the next day. She messaged me at 11am to say she hadn't received them and had to leave for the day. My husband called the shop and he was then told they don't start delivering until 11. I called to cancel the order and request a refund and was handed a whole slew of excuses. "I didn't know what time delivery started! I'm new! The owner is out of town!" Regardless if you are new, you shouldn't be giving delivery times if you don't know what time the deliveries actually start. Know your job role. The owners shouldn't be leaving new employees alone if they dont know how to do their job. So, my sister never got her flowers because of the bumbling incompetence presented from this shop. I wanted to brighten her day, and instead all she got was wasted time waiting on two failed deliveries. I would give zero stars if I could.

Carrie was amazing to deal with. She was helpful, honest, and accommodating in helping me pick my wedding flowers. I am just so thrilled to be working with her for my big day. Best customer service I had in a flower shop!!!
