Bought a couple things online with a gift card, and when I picked the order up in store there was some confusion about whether it was paid for. Abe was able to figure out the issue and take care of me. Quality customer service is why I come here.
They have 2 locations. Great products at a decent price. The one in aylmer, I find to be better for staff. I've bought 1 item at the tillsonburg location, very dissatisfied with their service after sales. I've attempted multiple calls to get in touch with the sales rep there for help. A month later, still have yet to hear from him or anyone else from that location.
Good selection, great price, and they have stock when you phone to get something. You put in an order and can pick it up pretty much immediately, no waiting days for it. I will definitely purchase there again
