Amazing service from Masseh H. ! We initially went to Rogers, our provider of many years, to upgrade my phone to the latest iPhone 14 pro as mine broke the previous night. They had the one but the associate didn't help at all. We went to see Masseh at the Wirelesswave in Bayshore Mall and from the beginning he was nice and professional. He was able to get me the phone I wanted with an amazing plan. He went above and beyond to help me. I also saw him help another costumers , it was an elderly couple and he was so nice and gentle with them. Thank you Masseh!
I was blown away by the customer service provided by Riri at the Bayshore location. I was not intending to get a new phone, at the time I was browsing because I just wanted to get some information on new phones. Then go home so I can make an informed decision and apply online for my new phone plan have had some bad experiences in my past falling for in the moment sales scams. But Riri was so approachable in a non invasive way, and she showed me everything and explained it step by step how she would get discounts. I felt such personal attention to her detail explaining everything. When she broke the cost down, it was cheaper than my current plan cost with my old phone. She also also applied an in store credit, so I was able to fully accessorize my new purchase as I would have wanted without any additional cost. I am beyond grateful for the time that Riri took to help me with this purchase. We talked and chatted the whole time she helped me set up my new phone, this made me feel like I was more than just a customer to hurry up and make a sale to. I felt like she really cared that I got what I was looking for, even though I didn't initially think I was looking to buy anything right away. The whole process was above and beyond the standard of customer service, which is a rare feeling these days. Riri is a gem, and I am very happy she was so helpful and made my new purchase feel so rewarding. I will definitely refer others to go to this location!!!!
If you go, just ask for Riri! in short, she is awesome! The best customer service i've ever recieved. she saved me hundreds of dollars and went above and beyond. I wasn't even interested at changing carriers/plans but I asked if there are any better deals than what i had after I saw how she went above and beyond for a family member helping him set up his new phone. She even called and stayed on the line with the service provder to get some fees waived after I already left!
This is a very nice place to do shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional people. I’m highly recommended this place for your needed. Also, I should say thank you to Maseeh. He is doing great job.
I went there to get a new cell phone package for myself, my wife and our 4 children. I dealt with Riri. She was absolutely amazing!!! We had a kid at work, a kid at a hockey tournament and 2 kids living in Kingston for school. She was able to coordinate getting SIM cards for those not there to be picked up at remote locations, gave us her number to call as they were ready to do the switch, walked us through each time, and made the entire process as painless as possible. In addition, she cut our bill by more than half. I can not recommend her service more!
Got the iphone 14 from maseeh. Glad Maseeh is still working for same company as I got my first iphone from him as well - way back in 2009 at the rideau location.
Mr. Saad-El-Merhebi was an exceptional sales consultant at the Wireless Wave Bayshore Shopping Centre Kiosk. He was very kind, patient and understanding. His customer service skills were top-notched. If I were his manager, I would promote him to higher roles and raise his salary. Thank you very much Saad for making my first time back at this mall such a pleasant experience. All the best ^^

My husband and I were looking for a better phone rate since we had paid our smartphone and wanted to remove both tablets coverage as we only use them at home on our Wi-Fi. So we when to Bayshore at the Wireless wave kiosk. We were served by Rehnuma. She was very helpful, she was able to find us a very good rate with much more gigabytes from a different provider. She took the time, almost 2 hours, needed to get us the best possible rates for our needs and didn't try to sell us more than what we looking for. Rehnuma even help us with the installation of couple Apps, one in particular regarding free calls and texts outside Canada. Thank you Rehnuma! I would go back anytime, I recommend this place. Ask for Rehnuma.
I wanted to switch my current bell plan and I came across to Maseeh at the store. Maseeh was extremely professional and provided highest standards of service as he understood my needs and recommended a plan which will suit me.
