Horrible Experience and Terrible Service. This is not an Authorized Verizon Store so DO NOT waste your time here.

They are very good customer service or they work with their customers very well and they treat you with respect

I called ahead to see if they could do repairs so that I wouldn't waste 25 minutes driving there, and when they asked what kind I explained that my phone wasn't charging as of this morning. They told me to bring it in so they could look at it and told me if they couldn't figure it out, they'd call their tech support. I show up, they look at my phone, test the battery, and tell me there's nothing they can do. I was willing to pay out of pocket for a repair and they tell me that unless I'm eligible for an upgrade, under warranty, or have insurance, they can't help me. Wasted my time driving there and still have a broken phone. I'm sure they sell nice phones, but tell people that you don't know how to repair phones if they ask.
