Wired Electrical & Design

As a newcomer to the Campbell River area we have found we had a need for reliable electrical services. After having tried another service we had "WIRED" recommended to us by a friend. We have needed their services several times over the last year (2017/2018) and found Bob and his personnel to be excellent in their service and workmanship. In particular we feel that Kris (electrician) to be 'above & beyond' in personality as well as knowledge. When possible we request him and have been very pleased with both Bob & Kris with all things electrical.

I have had the pleasure of working with Wired Electrical on multiple jobs, both for personal homes and through a development company I work for. Every job Bob and his staff have been great to deal with and very professional. Every new job Bob makes sure to do a walk through with the General Contractor as well as the home owners to ensure all questions are answered before it begins. If there is ever an issue (which normally doesn’t happen) he makes sure to correct it to make everyone happy with the final product. I would definitely recommend Wired to anyone looking for an electrical contractor and I will continue to use them on future projects.

I have had the pleasure of working with Bob and the crew at Wired Electrical on two separate projects. We were very pleased with the entire process from Bob coming out to quote the different stages of the job, to the completion of the work, as well as the follow up by Bob to ensure we were happy with the final product. They were patient with my endless questions and the ever changing scope of the jobs as we kept adding more and more elements. I have zero reservations about recommending this business to anyone in need of their services. Side note: While the jobs we hired them for were medium to larger size in scale....my mother recently had a very minor heating issue and not only did Bob reply quickly to her concern, he sent a guy by there that day and the issue was resolved for her in less than an hour. My parents were also very pleased with their experience.

We are builders in town and have used Wired Electrical & Design for the past 5 years. We have also used them on the build of our own house. We have always been very happy with the job Bob and his employees have done. They are very professional and have good workmen ship. They are very courteous of our places and always do a quality job. We always would recommend them when someone asks who they should use for an electrician.

We have built 25 units over the last few years and used Wired for everyone of them. Their service has been extremely helpful for us. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs and help us make our deadlines. Quality of work is great and they stand by there work. Anything faulty or issues that may arise are delt with right away. We will continue to use Wired and highly recommend them.
