I had placed and order weeks in advance but it was not ready when I got there. I had to wait about 16-20mins to get it. It was on a busy day so I understand but better management would've been nice. Flower were fresh and the arrangement looked superb.

I needed to pick up a sympathy bouquet on short notice and Win’s Flowers was the only florist I could find open past 6PM. I simply provided a price point and in return, was given a lovely, tasteful arrangement. Excellent value, fresh flowers.

Ordered an arrangement for a birthday. Recipient received a bouquet which was delivered erroneously.
