Purchased my new furnace from them. After having 4 other quotes done they were the best price for the best quality furnace. The salesman that came to do the estimate included a new thermostat that allows me to make better use of the furnace than the old one. Only one other company was going to include that. He also pointed out that my emergency shut off switch was in the wrong location and not code compliant and said they would relocate it as part of the install. No other company noticed that. Marc & James installed the HRV in my home yesterday. I was thoroughly impressed with their quality work and customer service They were extremely organized with such attention to detail, and basically in and out in only a few hours. Recently required a new furnace. Found the sales man , john, very knowledgeable and professional. I had time constraints and he was able to accommodate me. Then the service technicians, Matt and Chris were on time, efficient and again professional. Highly recommended
