Such rude staffnNo one helps when you asknnWhen I tried some dresses on the older ladie at the change room inside winners was extremely rude telling me I shouldn’t buy a dress from your winners location at park place in Barrie because she thought it wast fancy enough with the stuff I was trying onnI told her I had a wedding to attend and she was telling me I shouldn’t buy /get anything from this store because it would look really badnI understand if I asked for her opinion but I didn’t she was extremely rudenMy friend has been there and she had a problem with the exact same ladie telling her she shouldn’t wear the top she tried on because her clivage didn’t look good in it I understand if I asked for her opinion but we didn’t such a rude person you hired !
Michael at this location was amazing - recommended the Dubai Habibi Chocolate. I didn’t purchase but was deeply touched by his care and affection at the checkout! Would go here again just for Michael’s touch of consideration for my inquiry.
Don the store manager has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I enjoy shopping there because of him. He’s always happy, ready to help and always says hi! -Dina :
Worst experience and worst customer service. Poor communication by staff. Went there yesterday for returning my incorrect size sweater and staff communicated very rudely. Personally i work in store too but we are never that rude even if it’s customer’s mistake. Bayfield store staff is far better than this. I don't recommend to visit this store.
