Purchased London Fog travelling bag from this Winners location. We had two 28 inch of this same design, so when we saw it we procured it immediately.
God awful costumer service. I came by today around 2pm to buy jewelry. There was no price tag. So I walked over to the employee in the jewelry department for assistance. She said I’ll walk over to help you. Stood there and waited. Looked over at her to see if she’s helping anyone… there was nobody. Just standing there. So I decided to walk over to the cashier to pay for it and told her I’ve already asked for help but she never came. Cashier said I can’t really help you. So I said, “Keep it then. Have a good day!” Walked out the store. Will have to start going to the one in Pickering or Whitby. I live in Ajax.
I don’t usually take time to write reviews but this time I was a bit hurt and left with a bitter feelingnI frequently shop here at Winners AjaxnBut this one time I had a bad experience with an old lady associate working there.nI could be at wrong or right from my end but I felt the lady was kind of rude with her remarks and making facial expressions.nYou could give a reason and not accept return if you felt something was not right but the way of commenting and then taking the item back with whole lot of judging and remarks.nAlso the store is not maintained well these days.nEarlier this used to be my go to place for shopping.
Anisia made me waste my time and gas to bring her a physical drivers license for a return when we were literally almost done the process. I've been to multiple locations for returns and have never had an issue with providing a picture ID. The government accepts it, medical officers accept it because it's literally the exact same information except you just don't have the Physical card.. I drove 20 minutes there and back, wasting gas, driving risks for miss Anisia to feel powerful and make me go home. Will be calling head office tomorrow to file an official complaint because that was so uncessary
Went to this location today. They had a dress on clearance for $29.99 and the original price also 29.99 the strap was detached from the dress. Brought it to customer service. She tried to imply that I changed the price. How on earth would I be able to do that? She then discounted the dress by $2. Don't judge people that come in the store not everyone is dishonest.
