These people are driving me nuts. I have been calling for nearly a business week trying to simply reschedule an appointment.
They have a re-direct service and after its transferred I've gotten several different voicemails which I've left messages and had 0 callbacks.
whats the point of even having voicemail if you don't check nor respond.
I'm literally going to have to go down there to take care of something that could take 30 seconds over the phone.

I just had a baby on Feb 23rd and I've been trying to get ahold of wic to schedule my next visit never get an answer and if you leave a message they never call back, I don't want to have to go down there just to schedule an appointment but it seems I'll have no choice at this point, calling for a week straight and never get an answer or call back. Truly disappointing
