There was hair cooked into my fries. 2 separate fries were strung together with this piece of hair. I’m utterly disgusted. The ‘person in charge’ told me she was only going to refund for the fries since that’s what had the issue. I had to bargain to get the entire meal refunded. There were so many issues with this situation, but above all I question their sanitary conditions.
I do Not recommend this place the food is always over cooked and nasty. I will never order again the wings I ordered look like they have been sitting there for a week it was disgraceful and a waste of 70$.
Horrible!! I wasted my money. These people that work here cannot fry chicken… each wing was soggy. Fried chicken should be fried to a crisp ALL OVER… soggy skin on fried chicken means it’s not ready!!! If you like your fried chicken crispy like it should be, be sure to specify to cook hard when ordering
Never been to this one. Funny experience. The lady attending the register was leaning over the counter watching judge Judy. Didn’t even see the phone. I heard it. The phone was louder than the music playing in the lobby. I thought it was wild that she was chilling when the condiment area definitely could have used a cleaning. Also, no trash can anywhere to throw away straw paper. I think my other favorite part was seeing all the rags and used paper towels on the counters.
I had the original hot tenders and the cajun fries and after eating just the fries cause the tenders weren’t good, i feel like i have a massive hole in my stomach and just all the gas bubbles are just exploding out of my mouth
I do not recommend this place every time I order Uber eats they always send my wings over cook burn never again will i Oder from here
The food was decent but the fries are always soggy I wish they would cook them longer so they can be crisp.

Underdone nasty chicken with hair inside the box. Never will I order from this dirty location again. Employees don't wear hair nets. The order was completely wrong.
Ordered for pickup. Ordered the 30 piece wing combo. Order was ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly restaurant was clean. Wings were dry and not very flavorful.
