Not complaining. Just hoping this will help with improvements. The sauce on the wings were good. The texture of the wings were so dry! It was as if frozen wings were directly put into the grease. Had they been thawed before being fried then the meat would not have been so dry. French fries are nothing special. Glad I didn't order the loaded fries. Because the regular ones taste like grease. Women's restroom is out of order. There's no trashcan available in the lobby. Sabrina the cashier however, is very patient and professional. Thank you dear lady.
Figured Id order early for the game today like everyone else. But not even like that your orders are ready. Wings are great but today wing stop fumbled it for all of those who ordered as early as Thursday or this morning. Not happy today.
Terrible service! Won’t be coming here again. The line is outrageously long and you can tell they’re short staffed/overworked. They put me on hold for 20 mins and hung up. I went in store to place my order. I got home and this is what they gave me. Breading and no seasoning fries. I called the store again and they don’t answer. DONT BUY FOOD HERE!

Great staff! And one of the very few places I don’t even have to bother to check my to-go order to make sure it’s correct or completely because they’ve never done me wrong! Amazing attention to detail and fast efficient customer service
Nothing but positive experiences here. I always order online, and my food is hot and fresh when I arrive. The service is always extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even remember who I am at this point! I typically order the same every time, so I can't speak to the consistency of other items. All I know is that the tenders are delicious, and the fries are abundant and always well-seasoned. My only critique is that the chicken can be over-sauced at times, but the past three times I've ordered, the sauce ratio has been perfect. Otherwise, I will continue to give this location my money :
I asked for well done wings and they gave me over cooked wings. I tried to mention it to one of the cashiers and he said that their well done wings are usually overcooked
