Ordered the new chicken sandwich, lemon pepper and parmesan garlic - definitely lacking flavor. Barely had any seasoning on both sandwiches, tasted more like the plain flavor if anything.
They can't seem to get my order right and it happens over and over. You may ask yourself why do you still go there, and that's a fair question. My grandson loves the place and he will rarely turn down a chance to eat their wings. I'm of the opinion that chicken wings are one of the most unhealthy things you can stick into your mouth and we'd all be better off without them, but that's not the issue here. The problem is the continuous screwing up of our order, last time it was no ranch dressing and a missing chocolate chip dessert bar. The time before that a missing bottle of lemonade. Before that missing Voodoo fries. We usually order delivery so we won't find out about it until it's too late. Not really worth the effort to call them and complain, I think we'll stop going there.
Ordered a very large order for Hawx pest control and we had to wait almost an hour cause the staff was way under staffed. Bad management on scheduling part or call in’s. I would look into this as it will only hurt the business rep and this business will start bleeding money. I know we will no be ordering our business food from here next time! Only saving grace was the staff that was there was working hard and trying their best.
Every time I walk in the capital dr location I get ignores while the employees go about doing whatever it is they are doing without so much as a hello. This time it was two employees arguing. My order has not been correct once. I've never been to a wingstop that is run so poorly.
I pre ordered for pickup on Uber eats to make sure my food was ready, or at least almost ready by the time I got there. I left later knowing this restaurant can be busy to accommodate for time. I asked if my order was ready and they said it would be up soon. Fast forward 30 minutes we asked if it was almost ready. Everyone walking in 15+ different people all got our orders before us. We walked up to ask if it was ready because there was 5 bags just sitting on the shelves ready to go. None were ours and many were the other peoples who were also waiting a ridiculous amount of time with nobody to tell them their order had been sitting there already at least 15 minutes and up! When we asked they only just started our order because our ticket was on the floor! Even though one of the employees kept cleaning, assumably to avoid the crowd of people waiting for their and starting with irritation. . It’s now been 20 more minutes and we are the only ones sitting here and still haven’t gotten our order. So far it’s added up to an hour and 20 minute wait… I’m ready to walk out but I already paid $40!
Not a good Wingstop anymore. Food has declined seriously. Fries overcooked, cashier said they looked okay and they were clearly burnt. Maybe their grease needs to be changed but do they care? Of course not. Just serve customers whatever, it's not like they're spending their money right. The wings weren't any better. Barely any garlic or parmesan on them. Save your money and nerves. Go to a different location.
How are they still open? EVERY SINGLE TIME ORDER there's always something wrong or they never have it ready. Always making me wait an extra hour for a meal bro. Love Wingstop but this location needs to go. 0 stars if could!
Chicken was a little tough. Sauce; Hickory BBQ had a slight back kick but was tasty. The blue cheese dressing was a simple salad dressing. The fries were good, a little soggy and the cheese sauce was as stated a cheese sauce, nothing special. Prices high. The wings are expensive and the dipping sauces blue cheese or ranch are extra, so it adds up quick. I do not recommend wing stop.
Ordered dry rub wings. Wings were drowning in grease!!!! Fries were super soggy..And bag left a major grease stain on my car seat…. Just terrible!!! I have pictures wish I could post them as well…
Bad experience to go today... Ordered 3 combos. Said pickup time was 11:45 AM. I get there and I feel like nobody is happy to see me. I waited 7 minutes to get my food. They didn't have my drinks packed, I had to fill them myself. I said the ice machine was out of ice and they did nothing about it. I didn't get a thank you have a nice day either. I was polite and greeted them. Got back to our office and a fry was missing. The fries were overseasoned and were soggy. The wings were terrible, dried up and super greasy. My stomach is still upset 4 hours later. The ranch dressing was pretty amazing though. I suggest going elsewhere, I won't ever come back here.
