The creamy dill ribs are tasty, but the hot and sweet wings as not as good as before. It’s a good deal while they have the BOGO 50% on Wednesday.

This place has really gone downhill over the last year or two. The amount and quality of their food isn't worth the price they charge. Ordering from them, whether on the Skip App or on the phone, always seems to be a hassle especially at the Central Ave. location. We used to really enjoy their wings and ribs but given our last few experiences, we won't be ordering here again. Such a shame as the Mobster sauce is the best! Apparently this is a full order...

Worst experience ever!!! Never ordering from big wings again. : I usually order from big wings through skip for my girlfriend and I and it’s been great. However, this time we ordered was absolutely horrible no excuses. We ordered two orders of wings at 2 pm one buffalo the other dry lemon pepper. The first delivery came and it was the wrong order some kind of bbq sauce and a creamy red sauce that was obviously not buffalo. We called big wings and the girl we spoke to said she would deliver the right order of wings ASAP and we were nice about it and we politely said that’s no problem. We get it people makes mistakes. The second order came about the same time as the first around an hour and it was the wrong order again. At this point it was 4 o’clock and my girlfriend and I were hungry and disappointed. We thought 2 hours or so was enough time to get our order right. We ended up just making our own food for supper. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS **** HORRIBLE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

Every Wednesday I make an order and I told them don’t make it dry , The worst food they ever make, not like before

When they get it right these are great wings! slightly crispy, really saucy. but they lack consistency something bad, very hit or miss, sometimes the wings are lacking sauce almost dry, or have received the wrong flavour, tasted like freezer burn or the oil is needing changing. i get it they’re a busy place but having a consistent product is what the experience is about.

Amazing customer service! The young lady working, Chloe, was super helpful and very curtious. I highly recommend this location ONLY! Do not order from the other location if you're looking for quality. Stick to the Central Ave one, because they treat their customers well and the cooks do a great job. Vegetarian options: New menu options. Kid-friendliness: Open dining area and cookie dough treats. Parking: There is sufficient parking to accommodate both coming and going traffic. Wheelchair accessibility: New menu options aim to please any dietary requirements, and the dining area is spacious. Wheelchair accessible with only a small ledge to get onto the sidewalk and another small ledge at the doorway. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and peanut-free options available.

This was the last time I'll order here until it's under new ownership or something. Wing world was amazing, this past year the few times I've ordered big wing it's constantly incorrect, late, cold, and poorly made. Only so many times I can excuse this by saying "it's young kids at their first job" this time the order just never came and had to get refunded through skip. Done. Wing world was a great concept but is clearly no longer

Walked into the restaurant to pick up our order. Wasn’t quiet ready so we sat down to wait. We had to listen to the young workers swearing to each other and being completely unprofessional. Wings were alright but not all flavours were correct. The fries were so soggy without salt they couldn’t even be eaten. I also must say, they have extremely long wait times. Not a great experience all around.

My food never showed up. After 2 hours of calling both locations, they advised me Skip the dishes screwed up and had a picture of food being delivered to my door. Spent 30 minutes talking to skip and they advised Big Wings manages their own deliveries. No pic - no food - stole $70 from me! Thought HA’s had more integrity than this! Do not order from here!!!!

Waited over 3 hours for ribs, they were cold, and the sauce wasn't mixed well or covering much of the ribs. The sauce leaked out of the take-out containers making a big mess. The food wasn't even that flavourful. The delivery guy told me that he left Big Wings with multiple orders at 6pm and showed up at my door after 9pm. I will never order from here again.
