I really enjoy shopping at Ace. The staff are really helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to help and if a product is mispriced, they charge the lower amount. I honestly can't imagine any of them being rude. I find the prices very competitive and the product choices excellent. Thanks for being so helpful! We shop there several times a week and enjoy the consistency and friendly hellos.

Manager doesnt know what customer service is. Came in on Fathers Day just to browse. I found hanging solar lanterns for $7.99. Decided what the heck...ill get a few. Got to the register and they rang up $12.99....manager checked and realized someone signed it improperly. But she said there was nothing she could do....and basically said $12.99 take it or leave it.
