Made my first batch of beer and it was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, helped throughout the process. Over all a great experience and working on my first batch of wine. Definitely recommend this to anyone interested in making beer or wine or supplies. I loved it. Ingo

I wanted to get into Mead making, and Dale got me started. Now with Steve and his brother running the place there's the knowledge base plus a new energy and new ideas- best of the old and best of the new!
