We bought a case of red wine and took it home for a wine party and when we started opening the bottles we found what looked to be possible glass in most of them and call the store and talked to Samantha and she was able to look up our recipt in there system and she called her manager and were happy to refund our purchase and provided us with a great customer experiance and will continue to shop with them . I spend over $400 every week on beer and liquor for my business at this store. Today, after paying for my purchase 6 bottles and 2 six-packs of beer, I grabbed a couple of empty boxes to pack my bottles in my truck since the cashier didn’t offer me any. I took the boxes after paying so I wouldn’t block the line for other customers, especially since there was only one register open.nnAs I was leaving, one of the staff members an older man with white hair, possibly a manager stopped me and told me I couldn’t take the boxes because they were “for customers.” I don’t know if spending over $400 a week makes me a customer in their eyes, but from my perspective his behavior was rude, unprofessional, and even discriminatory. At the end of the day, these were just empty boxes.nnInstead of apologizing or showing basic courtesy, he insisted that I was wrong, and I felt completely disrespected. I ended up leaving the boxes behind, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Management should seriously reconsider the type of staff they hire and how they treat loyal customers.
Went in asked for a few boxes as I was preparing to move some younger tall blond fellow tells me to go ahead and grab some i take 3 come back to grab maybe 2-3 more and the blond fella and 2 more employees tell me I cant have the boxes the guy thought I wanted to fill them with liquor to buy i returned the 3 boxes from my truck as they were a bunch of petty humans and a part of the problem with the world today. Don't buy from this location unless you want to support a company that cant spare a few boxes from their patrons in the community, makes me sick
Excellent choice of wines and more. Everything you need for cocktails too. Prices are very good. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.
