We have used Windy City Ice Cream for 2 events on our Campus. Elena is great to deal with. The booking and payment process is very well organized and the communications are prompt. Both times the drivers were on time and very personable. All were happy with the wide variety of ice cream that was offered. Highly recommend!!
We had a masked "parking lot party" and the Windy City Ice Cream Truck was such a fun surprise! Our members loved the many options to pick from. I absolutely loved watching our adults enjoy red white & blue "rocket" pops and silly "Sponge Bob" ice cream treats!
Windy City Ice Cream was amazing! Truck came on time to our school, Felica was our ice cream lady and she was fantastic! We had around 300 kids come through the line ages preschool - 8th grade and all went smooth and she was patient and kind to each student. All the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend this company, and we would use them again!

Elena was I credible to work with - responsive and clear. The truck was on time to the park and Abby did a wonderful job. We had about 75 people and all were served in a timely manner.
