Best pan fried haddock around! Such care in the preparation of the food. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned VERY well!nnIf you want a fine dining experience in montague, this is the place to go!
We went here for dinner on a Thursday evening, around 5PM. Both the food and service were good, but nothing special. It seemed a bit expensive for what we got.
Excellent food and ambiance. The first waitress we saw was a bit standoffish and I wasn’t sure if we would be welcome, but the one who actually served us was lovely. It’s a pricey location but with excellent food. We had the lobster roll and chowder soup combo. It was Devine. Not too salty. There was a good amount of lobster and the chowder had a good amount of fish. We also had fresh rolls that came with that were melt in your mouth good. The presentation was appetizing. The service was a nice compromise between attentive and allowing us to chat.
Terrible service. Cocktails were a disaster, we placed our order and didnt reiceve our drinks until our apps were nearly finished. Appetizers were done incorrectly and had to remind the server. Once we finished our apps we waited a good 15mins before it got to unbearable the amount of sh!t flies were at our table and I had to walk the plates back in.nAside from these hiccups the food was done okay but feel the prices were quite high for what we recieved. I've had much better meals at wheelhouse & clam diggers for much lessnnI'd recommend proper staff training.
Everything was fantastic! Seafood cooked to perfection, everything fresh and made in house! Right down to the whipped butter and dinner bun. Finished the delicious meal with a delicious Monte Cristo coffee . Service was fast and made great suggestions for GF options. Would definitely come back
