Well, we normally always have a fantastic experience here... But lately not so great. First of all, it was PACKED one of the recent days we went there. And I mean packed. But there was only 4 lanes open. Self check out was packed. We had to hurry to a class we had, so it was really frustrating. Now today we came again. Good at the beginning, but then we went to the deli. We asked how much garlic was on the rotisserie chicken in the deli, with a response of "we only lightly sprinkle garlic." Taking that as the truth, as she was the one who made it- we bought it. It started to stink ultra bad when we got through the check out. We thought it was just the "light garlic." While checking out, the bag section was completely empty. The young man at the cash register saw it, but didn't do anything. I had to figure out how to get more bags onto it from another check stand which was closed. We got home and tried the chicken, and it was disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Instead of chicken with a hint of garlic, it was more like garlic with a hint of chicken. Nasty. I will probably still come back, but they need to get their act together. Thanks.

Best self checkout machines anywhere. The ones at Wal-Mart suck, so do the ones at Smiths. It is a large store, but you can still get in and out quickly with a few items if you want. They have everything and the best prices around. I love going here for the bulk items, you can save a lot of money. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Very good stuff and food! Employee are helpful, sweet, and wonderful! Never had had any issues!

It’s great to have bulk bins for many items, the produce is usually great for typical use, although don’t expect it to last a long time. We shop here on a weekly basis. I also like the employee owned aspect, and friendly staff.
