I went out for dinner with family since it was the only other buffet open that late and the pictures looked vivid and appetizing. First off we were the only ones there other than the rceptionist and the chef. I found that the food was either tough, overcooked, slimey or too salty. None of the three of us could finish our plates and to top it off the receptionist wouldn't stop staring at us while we ate.
Went with my family, worst buffet ever. Food was old and dry, vegetables were slimy probably from being cooked over and over. Food was hard. Also were the only ones in there and she stood there watching us, felt very racially motivated. Never going back.
If I could give a 0 stars I would. Ginger beef was dry and over cooked I think it was food from the day before. Sweet and sour pork had no taste at all and was soggy. The Shanghai noodles had no flavour. Salt and pepper squid was over salted. Even the rice tatsed old. The only good thing was the fortune cookies I'm being serous. I wish ate the fortune cookie first it could possibly warned me not to eat the food and saved me 70$. I sat on my throne for two days because of the bad food. Win Garden more like Loose Garden no winning here. The food was definately from the day before you want left over food this is your place. This was for take out.
We have been wanting to go to the buffet for a few months but haven't been able to because everytime we went in it was the wrong day. They only offer it Friday and Saturdays. Prior to COVID it was everyday. We go into today which is Friday. Called ahead of time and said the buffet starts at 430pm. We arrived at 445pm and nothing was ready. We asked the worker there and they said it will be quite awhile before anything is ready because they have a lot of take out orders which wasn't communicated when I called. We drove all the way from Cochrane. Let's just say we won't be going back again. Also to note the last time we went in and asked about the buffet the lady laughed at us which we found weird.
Wow! What a great buffet! All of the food was absolutely delicious! Their won ton soup is right up there with some of the best! Everything is made from scratch and many of the options are MSG free. I can’t wait to go back again! This is a restaurant you need to try!
Buffet was so disappointing. I took my dad for dinner after he'd been away for 3 years and was looking forward to a good Chinese buffet. I understand when a restaurant isn't busy, you don't want to make too much food to have it go to waste, but they should make sure the new customers can have enough available get a plate or 2. Food was old, bland and the lady who came out to check on food, instead of filling with a bit of fresh food, she just kept spooning won ton soup broth into the old dry food that was burning to the pans. I asked for a small amount of lemon chicken sauce because the 4 peices of lemon chicken were dry, they said they don't give extra sauce with buffet. We had to ask them to make fresh lemon chicken as there was barely enough meat to fill our plates. They brought some out fresh but it was near the end of the meal and we were pretty turned off by this point. For $17 plus tax per person it was very poor.
Best buffet we've had in Airdrie.. really good food! Now keep in mind people it is a buffet.. dont go in expecting gourmet food and be disappointed. They keep the food in the bins at a pretty low level for maximum freshness and it has a good variety.. regular fare and some more rare things like salt and pepper scallops. Very pleased with this place.. will definitely eat here again!

Ordered food the other day for me and my boyfriend. The amount of grease from all the items was an unholy amount. The items were salty and also poorly packaged. They also missed part of my order. Very disappointed. Will not be a returning customer.
We have been going to Win Garden for years but will be finding a new place in town to go to now. Their prices keep going up, the amount of food you get keeps getting smaller, they no longer give free items when you spend a certain amount, and no longer give a discount when using cash. The food has not been as good as it use to be and it’s not even hot when we get it home from a 8 minute drive home. This is not a way to keep your customers coming back.
