This area, being the largest lakeside campground, includes 160 tent and trailer sites.

Story

This area, being the largest lakeside campground, includes 160 tent and trailer sites. Campers have access to electricity, coin-operated washing machine, clothes driers and hot showers. This area has a general store, dock rentals, gas dock, launching ramps and picnic area.

With a children's play area, a swimming beach adjacent, and a new 2-mile Lake Trail available, your family will never run out of things to do on your trip. Pets and swimming are NOT permitted at recreation area.

Slip docks are available for rent boat sewage holding tanks can be pumped out for a fee. Make a weekend out of your time on the lake. Come enjoy a day on the lake.

We have had our boat on a slip here for years and are very lucky! We’ve met some very friendly people here and made great memories. Facilities are always clean and there is plenty of parking, even on the busiest days. Such a plus that you have a gas dock! Hoping to make many more memories here for years to come.
My family and I spent the weekend camping here, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, individuals were cleaning up the campground throughout the day & always made sure to say hello & make an extra effort to engage with my children & say hi. The kids especially enjoyed the playground and swimming in the lake. We took a few walks around the campground and most campers keep to themselves but said hello or good morning. Early in the morning you will see joggers, moms with baby strollers and hikers. Looking forward to visiting again!
Been coming here since I was a kid Lots of fond memories... You need to love camping, hiking and water sports because there isn't much else to do You have to pay to use the beach And a separate fee to launch and dock your boat
This is a great location, great area. Not very good for tent camping as the ground is a little bit rocky and has a lot of pebbles
Wilsonville Recreation area is owned and operated by PP&L. Thete is a campground for seasonal and daily and weekly camping. There is a marina which contains seasonal boat slips and a campers boat dock for short term camping. I have had my boat at Wilsonville for over 20 years... and still have not gotten tired or bored with this Lake. Nice restaurants close by just a nice place to visit, boat a d camp.
My wife and I spent the last week here It's so much more than expected Looking forward to coming back

Nice area so far. I called 4 or 5 different places for dock slips and this was the only place that offered them. There may be others but they were not any that I called. Easy access to the lake and nice area for the family to spend some time. I would recommend for anyone visiting.
Today upon my arrivale at this camp site after driving 2 plus hours. I was faced with a horrible women at the front desk. I asked her kindly with my war veteran son who also is a outstanding new york city fireman if we could stay the at the camp site. after a few basic questions, she was instantly irritated with our presence. cold inconsiderate and RUDE....needless to say we took our hard earned money else where. we where so excited to spend time there but she seamed like she couldnt be bothered. i hope she finds peace in that camp site.
After a loud night and early morning, the staff laid down the hammer on some rowdy individuals. They allowed us to move to a more peaceful spot in this beautiful campground. Thank you. Time for a nap
