This is a wonderful experience. We were there on Dec 28 last tour during December. It's absolutely beautiful and festive with lots of Christmas decor. The volunteers in each room are very friendly and knowledgeable, they can answer any questions that we have. We did take lots of pictures. It was a great tour. Highly recommended during the month of December.
Just went through the Manor's Christmas Your. What a wonderful experience. Each room had a volunteer, who were a fountain of knowledge about the family and their life. Definitely recommend
I truly hope everyone has the opportunity to visit Willistead Manor at least once in their lifetime—especially during the Christmas season, when the house is beautifully decorated and open for tours. Its rich history, timeless elegance, and the powerful presence it carries make the experience nothing short of remarkable.
A gorgeous work of Albert Kahn’s, and especially worth seeing while decorated for Christmas. Tours are only held in July and December
On regular days, this park is a great spot for a leisurely walk. During the Christmas season, every room in the mansion is meticulously decorated, making it a very interesting sight. If you go to Jackson Park every year, this place could be a refreshing alternative.
