Tasty food! Love my Cesar. Didn’t have a big table inside. So we have to squeeze into a picnic table is why missing a star. Not much selection for lunch. But still the food is really good
We’d never been to Alliston and were looking for someplace to have lunch. Williams looked good and had some good reviews, turns out the reviews were dead on! We sat back in the enclosed patio which was a nice spot on a cool day. The features were French onion soup and smoked chicken wings, we had both and they were exceptional. Our server told us he created the wing rub, and it was really good. If we are ever back in that neck of the woods, we’d definitely eat there again!
Wonderful atmosphere, upscale yet humble. Fantastic service, Nicole was lovely! Food is PHENOMENAL. Highly recommend the cheese dip *chefs kiss* AND if you’re lucky they sometimes have oysters. A must stop in Alliston.
Live in Town but had not experienced this gem. We 'had to' sit in the rear patio to get a table, and there was live music there. We were hesitant but pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed the music while we sat and ate, and ended up staying for 2.5 hours because OF the music Dane Marshall. The food quality was excellent Mussels was a special and the sauce was very well done and the price point was quite reasonable considering quantity and quality. Service was friendly and prompt too, more professional staff than you would get at the 'roadhouse chains'. We'll be back!
Was pleasantly surprised by the food , atmosphere and the service at Williams..The ravioli melted in my mouth and my daughters chicken sandwich was the best she has ever tasted..I left with a smile knowing that ill be back with friends and family..Cheers!
Went for dinner to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. We both had the steak dinner and bruschetta to start, it was the best meal out we have ever had!!! Highly recommend!!!
Very good service. Had the dry chicken wings were very good and my brother in law had the Caesar salad and shrimp appetizer, both also very tasty. I had the pineapple ginger beer to drink. Very good also.
If this face doesn't tell you all you need to know. Food first, cause that's why you're reading – the Brie Fritters were out of this world! You simply can't find a better burger anywhere, the fish and chips were crispy and delicious and light, and the Chimichurri steak was . Staff – we had a very friendly, attentive server who made sure we had everything we needed and the space we needed to have a great time. Atmosphere – this patio/ stage space is so beautiful. It's a wide open, bright space that also protects you from the elements, with glass walls. The gardens are bright and bountiful, too. And when you go inside, the 100-year old building has been so lovingly crafted to make a warm, beautiful space that is equally welcoming, elegant, unique and fun. The rounded wooden bar, the pressed tin ceiling, the chandeliers, it all makes for a truly magical space that you'll want to return to again and again.
Ambience was very nice. Rear patio is nicely laid out. Had a simple fish and chips. Food was not as expected. However, not a specialized fish and chips restaurant. Service was very good. Waiter was pleasant. Affordable in these inflationary times.
I'd give this place 5 stars all around for quality of food and service. Had a dinner a couple Saturday evenings and the Dinners were incredible.. I tend to dedicate may Saturday afternoons for their pasta specials, Italian food being my favorite Williams pasta holds the crown in Alliston for sure..
