Very cute coffee shop. Busy with people having meetings and studying. I got a vanilla latte and while it was good the coffee was a bit burnt tasting. Note that if you like a very sweet latte you'll want to ask for more flavor in your drink.
Was greeted with friendly tones and smiles! Found a new item called, Cortado!! The atmosphere is great! Music, people, good smells and good ambience! Industrial bohemian!

Update. September 2021- Super thankful for good coffee in this area. Review set to 5 stars after multiple visits, great service and great coffee! Lovely place for sure. -Pandemic Period- This place is open! Idk how, but everywhere else is shut down. Happy to be able to come inside, order a coffee and not feel like people were waiting to try and kick me out. It's a reassuring feeling. Now, the pastry items are standard: coffee shop expensive... The coffee was just okay. No more filters to make a pour over, which seems like poor planning to me. The service was kind and the place was full with people enjoying their lives freely, kind of as is should be in life.
I’ve been here twice with a big group on Saturdays and usually businesses would be annoyed/overwhelmed with a big group. But the service has always been top tier. They are so so kind and nice. Even if they’re waiting for everyone to ramble up their orders, they never lose the smile on their faces. Not to mention the coffee here is AMAZING. I would choose this place over any other cafe any day.
Wildroastcoffeeco: Updated review: Since the last time I was here they have started roasting their own coffee inhouse. The espresso blend has fruity hints, and leaves a flavorful after taste. Their other styles of coffee lean towards fruitier flavors. In addition they also have Gluten free options available such as donuts, cupcakes, and muffins. The space has a design intended for multiple uses and vibes such as the lounge, the bar counter, the cubby, and the backrooms. Each has a unique vibe with an overall chill atmosphere, the staff were super chill, helpful while staying focused and on task. Working super well together as a team. Wait times are very short. Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten free options
I never leave reviews but the coffee here was fabulous. I wanted to go back later in the day and get a second cup. Definitely stop by if you are in the area. The only thing that would have made it better is a pastry to enjoy while drinking it. I'm not sure if food is served or not because that morning I just wanted coffee. Will be back!
Lovely time at Wildroast today. The cappuccino was wonderful and the cupcake was great. Most importantly, the service was friendly! The shop was clean and there was adequate spacing throughout to make me feel more than comfortable coming here during a pandemic. Thanks for giving me a place to study, Wildroast - you saved my final grade!
I ordered a peppermint mocha with light flavor. I think they used the full mocha amount and light peppermint, the taste was way off. I was also surprised there were different sizes of lattes to choose from.
Wildroast is hands down my favorite coffee shop in West Michigan and I've been to almost all of them. I have been there half a dozen times and will go back there every chance I can get. The staff are extremely kind, the coffee is drop-dead amazing, and the aesthetic is adorable. This is a must go for any coffee lover to try.
