We are a Husband and Wife Catering Team!! We are John and Tara Moore, chefs and owners of Wildflour Catering. Tara Moore is an American Culinary Federation Certified Chef de Cuisine. She was a Chef Instructor at The Oregon Coast Culinary Institute. "Cooking has been my dream since I was a child. I spent four years in the military to pay for culinary school." She won a gold and silver medal competing against other culinary schools in the U.S. and I have competed locally for the "So Chopped Grilled" where I took first place, making me the 2012 Chopped Champion.
