Really disappointing meal after an extraordinarily long wait. I definitely won't eat there again. I ordered the "loaded" potato skins, which arrived as mini potatoes with a slice of pepperoni each and some cheese. The sour cream had been sitting so long, it separated. My daughter got the taco salad, which was decently good, but nothing special beyond lettuce and ranch dressing. We would have been better off and cheeper! To have gone to a grocery store instead.
Had to have the table wiped before even eating, then ordered Swiss mushroom burger, fries, battered mushrooms for starter, my husband got chickens tenders and fries, the Swiss burger was not a Swiss burger but a cheddar burger, with no mushrooms just battered mushrooms that where soggy had to take off and when I took a bite out of burger grease poured out, my husband had to use a knife to even eat chicken tenders, they where really over cooked, the only good thing about our meal was the fries and our battered mushroom starters, only had two bites of burger complained about the no Swiss and mushrooms and was still charged full price almost 80$ for a meal and left starving still, not to mention bathroom had toilet paper all over floor and pee all over the seats was disgusting , will never stop back into this place again oh and it was my birthday dinner so kinda wrecked that! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!
Big group of 10 people, waitress was quick. One burger was burnt but otherwise the food was splendid! I got the poutine and I found the gravy to be a little off, but I'm very picky. Wings were very good and the appetizers aswell.Food: 4/5

spinach dip was 60% water, chips were stale, took 20 minutes to get a beer and we were the only ones sitting at the bar. When the mains came, they came within reasonable time but cold. No quality checks My second time coming to wild wings and definitely won’t be back and won’t recommend
I've been to a few WW locations and this one by far, beats all the rest for WORST FOOD AND SERVICE! If I could give 0 stars, I would have. While away for a week in Gananoque, our hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance. The food was cold, calamari had no flavor and tasted very bland. The fries were so soggy they stuck to the container and our burgers were cold, no condiments and we specifically asked. Upon returning the food, we were laughed at for complaining and ridiculed. They asked my friend for her financial details to return her money! Who does that? They were so incredibly rude! While one lady spoke to us, the other waitress stood with a customer laughing at us. If you want good service and decent food, DO NOT GO HERE.
Went into the restaurant and asked if we could site out on the patio to have a cold beer but waited for 10 minutes went in to see if anyone was coming out to take our order when they did they said that they didn't have Coors Light on draft the keg ran out so we left. Another time we had all meat bites and they were hard to eat - cooked too long. Another time someone from our table ordered a hamburger it was disgusting. Never will go back there again, service sucks, the place doesn't smell nice and the food is awful. YUK
Freshness and quality are to be revised. The wings did not taste as usual, every flavour should taste the same everywhere, not sure if they modified the recipe or if it had gone bad. The meat smelled bad. On a more positive note, the sides were fine and the staff provides good service.Food: 1/5
We were on our family vacation and decided to have dinner here. The food and the server were good. The overall service was horrible, as this location is short staffed. We waited too long for our order. Our server was top notch. No one should have to sit for three hours to have dinner. Totally unacceptable.Food: 4/5
My husband and I stopped here for a beer and a bite to eat. We ordered quesadilla and mushrooms. Best food I have had in quite awhile. I am a quesadilla fan and this was the best I have had. Service was very friendly. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
