Have been here before and this time for an axle service on my camper trailer. Another five star performance by these guys. Noted attention to detail as they replaced a missing clearance light lens and informed me of a missing door where my shore line comes out and they had it in stock. Reception was great again and service was prompt. I’ll be back!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
incredibly unprofessional. Took my RV there twice each time had problems with the unit immediately after. The last straw; Their tech work wet/muddy boots in my RV, when I asked him to take his boots off or step out of the RV, he stormed off. When speaking to the front desk about itSAM, he said I was in the wrong and I am not allowed to talk to their techs, I asked what I did wrong he said "I did not drop it". After spending almost $10,000 with them you would think there would be some customer service. I asked Sam what is going to be done about the mud on the carpet in rig and he stated "I'm am no longer welcome there." So much for warranting their work. Disappointing to say the least. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else, save yourself money, time and frustration by using a different repair shop. I know I will never go back. I had an issue with my trailer and I dropped it off for their technicians to look at and it was a simple thing that frustrated me. The dealers were too busy to get me in so I was referred to this shop. They were quick and figured out the issue and that it didn't need actual repair. Their shop rate was a little owie but when the dust settled they did not need hours of shop time so I was pleased with the price. If you at frustrated at the dealerships being busy, give them a call. I liked the service I received

The manager of Wild Mountain RV is a superhero! He single handedly saved our vacation. We were in our final moments of packing our old tent trailer when the whole crank mechanism fell off the trailer. Not only did they fix the problem, he went WAY above the call of duty to help me. It was fixed right away and we were still able to leave on our family vacation within a few hours of the planned departure time. This man should wear a cape as he was our hero. Never in my life have I had a business take such care for a customer AND he fixed my trailer to better than it had ever been! THANK YOU, Wild Mountain RV Repair!

Have been getting work done by Wild Mountain for years. Always helpful and always friendly. They know their stuff and they do quality work and find they are reasonably priced.
