I recently went and had my hair done with Ryan Powell, and WOW!!!!!! He is a blonde perfectionist I can’t stop staring at my hair. I’m 25 and have been blonde since I was 10.... of all the times I’ve coloured my hair, this is by far the best job I’ve ever seen!!! 100% recommend. RYAN LOVE YOU!!!!
